To support the strategy of growth in dedicated professional customer groups, METRO Cash & Carry Germany and LIQUID CAMPAIGN developed a multichannel campaign, making real customers in their business context the heroes. And what better proof can there be than satisfied customers, claiming “It works for me”.
There were three major commercial objectives to hit besides the top-level positioning: first, celebrating METRO’s own labels with their special assortment of goods for professionals. Second, push sales, and last not least, optimize price perception.
The campaign, which was featured in Germany, makes use of a wide range of channels with a media mix covering out of radio, online, promotion, in-store, motor posters and ambient solutions.
